What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Defining, validating, and enabling complex multi-rack FPGA-based systems to support next-generation product development.
  • Leading hardware validation and debugging activities across both hardware and software domains, ensuring robust, production-quality solutions.
  • Establishing and optimizing flows and methodologies to enable rapid setup and execution of product validation processes.
  • Defining and implementing modeling strategies for IPs and peripherals, optimizing for both accuracy and performance in virtual and physical environments.
  • Collaborating closely with firmware and hardware teams across multiple sites, participating in firmware integration, debugging, and board bring-up activities.
  • Driving automation initiatives and workflow enhancements using advanced scripting in Shell, Perl, Python, and C++ to improve team efficiency.
  • Leading continuous improvement efforts for functional and performance testing on hardware platforms.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of EDA/Semiconductor/System Software experience and a BS degree, with a proven track record of technical leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with SystemC/TLM-based modeling, including SoC peripheral development and integration.
  • Proficiency in C programming for embedded firmware applications, with strong knowledge of low-level system interactions.
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex, high-quality technical deliverables in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to author and review technical documentation and interface contracts.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, enabling the analysis and resolution of complex technical challenges.
  • Experience with virtual prototyping and/or emulation is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of system-level validation for high-speed protocols.
  • Advanced scripting proficiency in Shell, Perl, Python, and C++ for workflow automation and process improvement.
  • Experience in product planning, requirements gathering, and definition.
