A strategic, customer-focused leader with deep expertise in program management, SoC design flows, and the IP ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead a team of Program Managers supporting IP engagements and customer success.
- Shape the strategic direction of customer experience for your region.
- Drive end-to-end customer journeys from pre-sales through silicon success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage escalations and resolve issues proactively.
- Partner with Sales to support contract closure.

- B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years in engineering or program management roles.
- 10+ years of people management experience.
- Experience with contract negotiations.
