You Are:

With at least three years of experience in sales operations or sales support—ideally within the IT sector—you thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings and excel at building strong relationships across teams. You possess a deep understanding of the sales cycle, from quote preparation to post-order reconciliation, and are adept at navigating CRM systems like Salesforce. Your proactive approach enables you to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, while your strong analytical skills ensure accuracy in account data and reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with sales representatives to prepare, review, and expedite sales orders and related workflow processes.
- Researching account data, order history, and special pricing to support quote proposal generation.
- Preparing contracts in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Acting as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, account issues, and license configurations.
- Coordinating with stakeholders—Account Managers, Legal, Finance, Business Operations—to ensure timely order processing and revenue submission.
- Performing post-order procedures such as revenue reconciliation and order splits.
- Regularly meeting with account managers to review opportunities and proactively facilitate smooth deal closures.
- Collaborating with technical staff to resolve portal access and license installation issues.
- Supporting and instructing Channel Partners on order processes.
- Training team members and sales staff on sales policies and procedures.
- Analyzing paperwork for compliance and accuracy, administering revenue splits, and verifying order completeness.

What You’ll Need:
- BA degree in business, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales operations or sales support (IT company experience preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and understanding of Quote to Cash scenarios.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach to work.
