What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex electronic hardware products on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation plans to ensure seamless delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports and metrics to provide ongoing visibility into project status and performance.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders, translating technical details into clear business impact.
• Collaborate closely with international teams across Manufacturing, Supply-Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance, fostering a culture of shared success.
• Stay current with the electronic hardware manufacturing landscape, including component trends, supply-chain risks, and emerging technologies.

What You’ll Need:

• Deep expertise in electronic hardware, including a general understanding of various component functionalities in electronic assemblies.
• Proven experience with manufacturing processes for electronics, such as PCB assembly, product testing, validation, and final assembly.
• Strong background in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, guiding products from concept to market.
• Demonstrated supply-chain and purchasing expertise, with a track record of managing vendor relationships and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to create, analyze, and present detailed project reports and performance metrics.
