What You’ll Be Doing:
- Runset Management & Support: Provide comprehensive ICV runset support for key foundry customers, ensuring optimal product performance and high customer satisfaction.
- Post-Sales Technical Expertise: Deliver expert guidance during runset programming, implementation, and maintenance of Synopsys products.
- Customized Solutions: Implement detailed customer installation requirements and tailor solutions to meet unique client environments.
- Technical Compliance: Ensure Synopsys solutions meet client needs, technical specifications, and industry standards.
- Pre-Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to offer technical support during pre-sales activities, contributing to successful customer onboarding and business growth.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues to maintain smooth customer operations.
- Customer Empowerment: Enable customers to effectively deploy and maximize the value of Synopsys EDA tools in their design workflows.
- Relationship Building: Enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships with strategic foundry clients.
- Product Adoption & Implementation: Drive successful deployment and integration of Synopsys solutions, reinforcing the company’s market leadership.
- Project Support: Support the technical excellence of customer projects, facilitating innovative chip design and verification outcomes.
- Knowledge Transfer: Educate customers on advanced product features to improve usage and efficiency.
- Product Feedback: Identify opportunities for product enhancements and relay insights to development teams to support continuous innovation.
What You’ll Need:
- Basic understanding of the design process, with a preference for Design Rule Checking (DRC).
- Solid grasp of ASIC design flow, VLSI concepts, and/or CAD engineering principles.
- Familiarity with competitive EDA tool products and expertise in areas such as Verification, Place and Route, Design Reuse, and/or Physical Design.
- Ability to manage projects from initiation through completion, delivering high-quality technical solutions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions.
