What You’ll Be Doing:

• Defining Synopsys’s medium- and long-term ambitions through the annual corporate strategic planning process, including industry and competitive analysis.
• Leading C-suite-level projects to address high-impact strategic questions, framing problems, structuring solutions, and developing data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborating with Corporate Development to build proactive, strategy-driven M&A plans and evaluate strategic partnerships.
• Partnering with Business Units to develop business strategies, identify priority initiatives, and assess investments across product, engineering, go-to-market, and operations.
• Driving operationalization of cross-unit strategic initiatives, from set-up through impact, including establishing KPIs and program management structures.
• Supporting CEO, CFO, and other senior executives in strategy-related communications, including presentations and messaging.
