You Are:

You are an experienced SOC Verification Engineer with a passion for solving complex problems and a drive for innovation. With at least 8 years of hands-on verification experience, you thrive in environments that challenge your technical acumen and leadership abilities. Your expertise spans UVM methodology, SystemVerilog, and advanced scripting, allowing you to conceptualize, plan, and execute sophisticated test environments that uncover even the most elusive design bugs.

Your deep understanding of digital design and modern verification flows enables you to quickly adapt to emerging technologies and protocols, such as PCIe, DDR4, and AMBA, ensuring project success and product integrity. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Analyzing complex SoC specifications and architecting comprehensive verification strategies.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced UVM-based test benches for integrated IP subsystems.
  • Executing pre-silicon verification tasks, including coverage analysis, debugging, and regression testing.
  • Leading verification efforts for subsystems, features, and flows, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborating with design, validation, and emulation teams to resolve issues creatively and efficiently.
  • Mentoring junior engineers, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Utilizing tools such as Synopsys VCS and Verdi to streamline verification processes and improve productivity.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience verifying SoC devices, with at least 6 years dedicated to pre-silicon verification.
  • Expertise in UVM methodology-based verification and proficiency in SystemVerilog, HDL, and scripting languages (Perl, Python).
  • Strong understanding of standard protocols (PCIe, DDR4, GDDR, HBM, AMBA); knowledge of formal and power-aware verification is a plus.
  • Experience with design validation using Emulation, HAPs, or FPGA prototyping systems from RTL design is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with Synopsys verification tools (VCS, Verdi) and modern verification flows.
