You Are:

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for high-speed electronics and a deep understanding of Serdes architecture and applications. You hold a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and have extensive experience with test and debug instrumentation. You possess a strong knowledge of PCIe/ETH protocols and their link training phases. Your organizational and communication skills are excellent, and you are known for your self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. You have a solid grasp of analog IC design and are proficient in Verilog/RTL interpretation and simulation. Your expertise in Silicon debug including high-precision test instrumentation, such as HiBW scopes for jitter measurements, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers (BERT), and network analyzers, sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with both analog and digital teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing deep technical support to our SERDES IP customers during their ASIC development cycles : from arch definition to silicon bring-up and production phases.
  • Collaborating directly with analog and digital teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Utilizing your expertise in test and debug instrumentation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of high-speed electronics.
  • Interpreting and simulating Verilog/RTL to support the design and verification processes.
  • Providing best in class expertise and guidance to Synopsys leading edge Serdes customers.
  • Ensuring customer success by providing timely and effective technical support.

What You'll Need:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Understanding of analog IC design, including In-depth knowledge of Serdes architecture and applications.
  • Familiarity with PCIe and ETH protocols and their link training phases.
  • Proficiency in Verilog/RTL interpretation and simulation.
  • Familiarity with DFT methodologies and process (e.g : Scan testing, memories BIST, ATE testing such as loopback functions etc..)
  • Experience with debug instrumentation, including outstanding silicon and simulation debug capabilities skills.
  • Experience with high-precision test instrumentation (e.g., HiBW scopes, spectrum analyzers, BERTs, network analyzers).

You will be part of diverse team with engineers located in different geographic like : Israel, India, Portugal, Germany, Ireland. You will collaborate with engineering functions located all over the globe. Our team collaborates closely with different organization functions like program management, sale and digital teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, driving the continuous innovation and reliability of our PCIE IP products.
