You Are:
You are a highly experienced DFT engineer with a passion for making complex SoC and ASIC designs testable and reliable. With 10+ years in DFT, you bring deep expertise in MBIST, scan insertion, and advanced test flows using Synopsys tools. You thrive in cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and are committed to delivering quality and innovation. Your technical know-how is matched by your collaborative spirit and drive for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and execute DFT flows for SoC/ASIC projects, including MBIST and scan chain insertion.
- Analyze and enhance RTL for DFT readiness and implement DFT structures.
- Plan memory clock controls and configure scan compression and test protocols.
- Collaborate with design and layout teams to review DFT impacts on timing and area.
- Document DFT methodology, constraints, and reports.
- Support technology enablement and audits for quality and compliance.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years DFT experience with SoC/ASICs.
- Expertise in scan, MBIST, test compression, and Synopsys DFT tools.
- Strong RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL) and scripting (TCL/Python) skills.
- Familiarity with formal verification, UPF, and timing closure.
