You Are:

You are a detail-oriented and proactive engineer with 5+ years of DFT experience and a passion for innovation. You excel at designing for testability, collaborating with teams, and solving complex technical challenges. Your strong communication skills, technical expertise, and enthusiasm for continuous learning make you a valued contributor and supportive teammate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and implement DFT architecture for IP designs.
• Perform SCAN insertion and ATPG simulation (timing/non-timing).
• Analyze and improve test coverage.
• Develop STA DFT timing constraints.
• Prepare DFT integration guidelines at SoC level.
• Conduct design/data quality checks and FMEDA/DFMEA analysis.

What You’ll Need:

• BS/MS/PhD in Electronics, Electromechanics, or Telecommunications.
• 8+ years DFT design experience.
• Expertise in Scan insertion, ATPG, JTAG.
• Familiarity with Synopsys tools (Design Compiler, VCS, TetraMAX).
• Debug/scripting skills (Perl, TCL, Python) are a plus.
• Experience with FUSA, ISO26262, FMEDA, DFMEA is advantageous.
