What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing, implementing, and validating next-generation ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation) and diagnostic software for leading-edge TestMAX platforms.
  • Enhancing and maintaining existing Test Automation software products to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and design specifications aligned with customer needs.
  • Developing, debugging, and optimizing high-quality C/C++ code for advanced testing and diagnosis of silicon chips.
  • Participating in code reviews, continuous integration, and source-code configuration management to ensure robust development practices.
  • Engaging in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and technical discussions to foster team growth and innovation.
  • Exploring, evaluating, and integrating new technologies and methodologies in test automation and chip verification.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s/Ph.D. in a related area.
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming, including experience with large codebases and debugging complex software systems.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
  • Experience with requirements analysis, software specification, and source-code configuration management tools.
  • Familiarity with design-for-test (DFT), ATPG, logic synthesis, simulation, or design verification is a plus, but not required.
