You Are:

You are a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional with a passion for semiconductor physics and technology. With a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Sciences, you bring profound expertise in semiconductor devices and process technology. Your experience with TCAD simulation tools and advanced understanding of TCAD modeling makes you a valuable asset. You have hands-on experience with Linux and scripting languages such as TCL, Python, or C++. Your excellent presentation and communication skills enable you to interact effectively at various levels within customer organizations. You thrive in collaborative environments, always ready to help others succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serving as the primary technical interface with customers for our TCAD products.
  • Assisting customers in evaluating, using, and applying TCAD tools to their specific needs.
  • Collaborating with R&D, sales, marketing, and customers to drive product development and acceptance.
  • Providing both pre-sales and post-sales technical support for TCAD products.
  • Managing customer projects, including definition, execution, and follow-up.
  • Conducting customer training sessions and offering internal guidance for product enhancements.

What You’ll Need:

  • PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Sciences, or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of semiconductor process and device physics, and TCAD modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with TCAD simulation or emulation tools.
  • Knowledge in compound semiconductors, RF device physics and modeling, large signal analysis is a plus
  • Proficiency in Linux and scripting languages such as Python, TCL, or C++.
