You Are:
You are an experienced ASIC/SoC/IP professional with strong technical and interpersonal skills. You thrive in collaborative, customer-facing environments and are motivated by solving complex challenges across AI, Cloud, Networking, and Storage markets. You excel at leading projects, building relationships, and navigating technical discussions with both customers and internal teams. Organized, adaptable, and results-driven, you bring a strategic mindset to every engagement and are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead customer engagements for multiple IP product lines, from discovery through contract development.
- Present business and technical value of Synopsys solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Analyze customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Support competitive positioning and aid sales teams with technical expertise.
- Coordinate with global technical, marketing, and sales teams.
- Drive technical solution strategy and manage project delivery.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE, CE, or related field, with 10+ years’ experience.
- Expertise in IC design and SoC integration.
- Knowledge of protocols like SerDes, PCIe, DDR, HBM, UCIe, or Ethernet.
- Experience in customer-facing and sales support roles.
- Strong technical communication and project leadership skills.
