What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and QA internal CAD tools to enhance automation in IC design flows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical challenges in EDA environments.
• Debug software issues and perform validation of new software versions.
• Adopt and extend regression test systems for new releases.
• Work on meaningful projects that impact the quality and productivity of software verification at Synopsys.

What You’ll Need:

• Enrolled in a Computer or Electrical Engineering program (or a closely related field).
• Strong debugging skills and experience with Python and TCL scripting languages.
• Familiarity with IC design flows, formats, and EDA/CAD automation tools.
• Interest in long-term collaboration and a passion for becoming an expert in EDA automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
• Adaptability to new technologies and testing methodologies.
• Flexibility to learn new technologies and trends.
