What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing schematic-level SRAM circuits and compilers, ensuring performance and manufacturability.
- Running simulations and verification using EDA tools, and automating tasks and data analysis with scripting languages.
- Collaborating with a global team to deliver robust SRAM IP solutions, participating in technical reviews and innovation sessions.
- Documenting methodologies, simulation results, and sharing best practices for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:
- Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with CMOS, EDA tools (SPICE/Verilog), digital/VLSI design, and scripting (Python, Tcl/Tk, Perl, Unix shell).
- Ability to create and analyze reports (Excel, Word, shell scripts).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SRAM architectures is a plus.
