You Are:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced R&D Engineering, Senior Staff to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge tools and platforms to accelerate analog design migration and optimization. You will also ensure database integrity for analog designs, drive critical cross-functional projects, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to define and deliver high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Tool/Platform Development: Design and implement scalable tools and frameworks that streamline analog design migration and design optimization workflows.
• Database Integrity & Infrastructure: Build and maintain robust systems to ensure data consistency, integrity, and reliability in analog design databases and flows.
• Customer Collaboration & Specification Writing: Engage with internal and external customers to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate them into clear and actionable technical specifications.
• Project Leadership & Cross Functional Coordination: Lead and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects, collaborating across teams such as CAD, Design, Methodology, and Product to ensure successful delivery.

What You’ll Need:

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in EDA, analog/mixed-signal design, or infrastructure tool development.
• In-depth knowledge of analog design principles, CAD flows, and database integrity concepts.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and Tcl, with a proven track record of developing production-grade tools.
• Expertise with version control systems such as Git or P4, and familiarity with modern software development practices (CI/CD).
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and translate requirements into formal technical specifications.
• Project management and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience in analog schematic design/automation, AI/ML applications in EDA, and mentoring junior engineers.
