What You’ll Be Doing:
- Charter and evaluate existing business operations processes to identify and implement improvements.
- Document processes and related activities, learning best practices in process mapping and communication.
- Participate in workshops and team meetings to communicate and train teams on updated processes and related tools.
- Collaborate with dynamic teams across sales, product marketing, engineering, and finance, gaining exposure to multiple business functions.
- Receive mentorship and feedback to continuously enhance your skills in process optimization and teamwork.
What You’ll Need:
- Finalizing a MSc degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, economy, or other related fields.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI skills are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High energy, initiative, and creativity, with a collaborative approach to teamwork and a willingness to learn.
