What You’ll Be Doing:

• Charter and evaluate existing business operations processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Document processes and related activities, learning best practices in process mapping and communication.
• Participate in workshops and team meetings to communicate and train teams on updated processes and related tools.
• Collaborate with dynamic teams across sales, product marketing, engineering, and finance, gaining exposure to multiple business functions.
• Receive mentorship and feedback to continuously enhance your skills in process optimization and teamwork.

What You’ll Need:

• Finalizing a MSc degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, economy, or other related fields.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI skills are a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High energy, initiative, and creativity, with a collaborative approach to teamwork and a willingness to learn.
