You Are:
You are an experienced Physical Verification Specialist with a passion for cutting-edge technology and a deep understanding of physical verification and its applications. You excel in developing innovative solutions and have a strong background in DRC, LVS, FILL, and PERC. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging directly with customers to understand their physical verification challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Supporting the sale and adoption of the IC Validator product to enhance customer performance, quality, and development timelines.
- Offering expertise in physical verification for advanced node designs, ensuring optimal results.
- Managing multiple customer activities, including product demonstrations, evaluations, and competitive benchmarking.
- Conducting training sessions, resolving technical issues, and providing technical account management.
- Developing custom flows using TCL/Python and writing DRC/LVS/FILL/PERC rule decks.
- Collaborating with R&D, Product Engineering, and Sales teams to drive tool success and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need:
- Educational Background: BS or MS degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with knowledge of VLSI and device components.
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in physical verification flows (LVS/DRC/FILL/PERC) and runset development.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, TCL, or Perl.
- EDA Tool Experience: Familiarity with tools like IC Validator, Calibre, or Assura.
- Design Flow Knowledge: Understanding of backend physical design flows (FC/Innovus), custom layouts (Custom Compiler/Virtuoso), and PEX flows.
