You Are:

You are a highly experienced and skilled professional with a PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and more than 10 years of experience in large-scale enterprise software projects. You have a deep understanding of C/C++ software development and debugging techniques, along with a strong background in 3DIC routing and algorithm development. Your knowledge of graph theory, geometry manipulation, and multithreaded implementation is exemplary. You are proficient in Linux/UNIX environments and have familiarity with tools such as Lex, Yacc, Qt/OpenGL, Shell script, and Tcl language. Your excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin enable you to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams. As a natural leader, you have a proven track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a team of engineers in the development and optimization of 3DIC routing algorithms.
• Overseeing the design and implementation of multi-die data representation and graphics in OpenGL.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and functionality of 3DIC solutions.
• Conducting code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning for complex software systems.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in 3DIC technology and incorporating them into product development.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
