Key Job Descriptions

• Technical Lead for PHY design team. Work with design teams to execute design from specification to final product.
• Design review for block and top design/verification to sign off
• Lead research activities for new design architect and design flow
• Join global technical team to discuss common topics of technology and design flow
• Join customer meetings to lead technical topics
• Join global technical forum to discuss industrial standards that relevant to team's products

Key Requirements:

• BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, Telecommunications.
• 14+ years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal Design.
• 7+ years of experience in High Speed Interface designs (DDR or HBM or HBI or Serdes)
• 5+ years of experience in Design Management, Project Lead positions
• 5+ years of experience in communication with customer
• For Manager position: 5+ years of experience in managing engineer team.
• Strong team player
• Excellent with English communication
• Experienced with academic research is a plus
• Grow mindset, positive attitude
• Easy going, humble
