What you'll be doing

  • Aligning development roadmaps across the Synopsys standard product IP and Verification IP (VIP) portfolio
  • Optimizing schedules to enable concurrent delivery of best in class IP and VIP
  • Coordinating with IP and VIP R&D teams to manage bespoke solutions for custom developments
  • Data-driven tracking and monitoring of cross-functional development activities
  • Developing metrics and identifying opportunities to optimize operational efficiency
  • Managing communication to senior executives

The impact you will have

  • Enhance customer satisfaction by increasing operational efficiency across development groups
  • Reduce gaps/deltas between schedules/roadmaps across product lines/development groups
  • Improve process/methodology to improve project management execution

What you'll need

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Qualification/certification in program/project management
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in digital IP/ASIC design/verification
  • 5+ years in a project/program management role
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
