You Are:

You are a seasoned ASIC Digital Design Verification Engineer with a passion for hardware verification. You have a minimum of eight years of experience in digital front-end functional verification, and you possess a deep understanding of microprocessor and RISC processor architecture. You are proficient in HDL and verification languages like SystemVerilog and Verilog, and you have hands-on experience with verification methodologies such as UVM and OVM. Your programming skills extend to C, assembly, Perl, and makefile generation, and you are adept at using RTL simulators like VCS. You are a natural leader who can guide and mentor a verification team, and you have a proven track record of working effectively with global teams. Your written and verbal communication skills are exemplary, enabling you to create, modify, and review test documentation, represent your team on global platforms, and provide clear guidance based on analytical results. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments, and inspire your team to achieve technical excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the complete verification process, including creating test plans, developing testbenches, and creating both directed and random tests
• Preparing verification strategies for processor verification working closely with processor architects
• Modelling and analysing functional coverage and conducting code coverage analysis.
• Debugging and resolving mismatches between design and C-model.
• Managing regressions and reviewing and improving verification test suites.
• Leading the verification team, providing guidance and mentorship, and representing the team in various forums with a global audience.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum eight years of experience in digital front-end functional verification.
