You Are:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing, developing, troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining large and efficient software systems for technology mapping, logic, and timing optimization steps of the FPGA logic synthesis software.
- Gathering requirements and functional specifications, and designing and implementing efficient data structures and algorithms in C/C++.
- Collaborating with the CAE team in test planning, execution, and customer support.
- Maintaining and supporting existing products and features.
- Ensuring that the software meets performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Staying current with the latest advancements in FPGA design tools and methodologies.

- Contributing to the development of industry-leading FPGA logic synthesis software used globally.
- Enhancing the performance, efficiency, and reliability of FPGA design tools.
- Driving innovation in the implementation of FPGA designs, prototyping, and debugging of ASICs using FPGAs.
- Supporting the creation of high-performance, cost-effective FPGA designs through advanced optimization techniques.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
- Helping Synopsys maintain its leadership position in chip design and verification technology.
What You’ll Need:
- B.Tech/M. Tech in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute.
- 1+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large EDA software.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, graph algorithms, and C/C++ programming on Windows/Unix platforms.
- Familiarity with digital logic design, Verilog/VHDL RTL level designs, timing constraints, and static timing analysis.
- Working knowledge of FPGA design tools and flows is a plus.
