What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing people and their workload, ensuring efficient and productive team operations.
• Owning and managing products within the Synopsys.ai Copilot suite, driving their development and success.
• Managing projects within those products, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Working with stakeholders to align on deliverables and ensure that the products meet business needs.
• Driving integration of Synopsys.ai Copilot products with the entire range of Synopsys products.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience of delivering software products.
• Proven experience of managing software development teams.
• Proven experience of people management.
• Strong technical background in AI, ideally you should be capable of doing the job or a senior AI engineer
• Knowledge and experience of EDA (Electronic Design Automation) either as a user or as a developer is a massive plus.
