You Are:

With a college degree and over four years of relevant industry experience, you bring a deep understanding of PCB design and troubleshooting. You are self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and possess excellent debugging and soldering skills. Your hands-on experience with benchtop handlers and lab equipment, along with your ability to handle complex data collection processes, makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are committed to quality and precision, and you excel at preparing detailed characterization reports and performing equipment modifications. This is a Defined Term position, initial training will be provided during the regular Day shift (9am to 5pm). The remainder of the term will be Afternoon, Evening or Night shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting in data collection by operating the ATE (Teradyne J750) or Evaluation boards
  • Building and inventorying board kits for testing purposes
  • Assisting engineers with analyzing data
  • Preparing internal/external characterization reports
  • Performing equipment/board modifications as directed by test engineers
  • Handling shipping and receiving products in and out of the office
  • Majority of the second and third shift data collection (working afternoons, evenings, or nights)

  • Enhancing the efficiency of the data collection process during critical shifts

What You’ll Need:

  • College degree with 4+ years of relevant direct industry work experience
  • Strong debugging and soldering skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of PCB design and troubleshooting board schematics and layout
  • Experience working with benchtop handlers and lab equipment
