You Are:

As our ideal candidate, you are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of CMOS analog and mixed-signal circuit design. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology. With over 5 years of experience, you have honed your skills in designing complex PLLs, VCOs, charge pumps, and high-speed digital circuits. Your expertise in custom circuit design and proficiency in using advanced simulation tools make you a valuable asset to any team. You are detail-oriented, capable of coordinating with various teams, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs. Your strong foundation in electrical engineering, combined with your innovative mindset, allows you to tackle diverse problems creatively and effectively. With excellent communication skills, you can articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Complete PLL design including designing analog circuits, custom digital circuits, and RTL design.
  • Design analog circuits such as VCOs, charge pumps, Bandgap references, loop filters, ADCs, DACs, and voltage regulators.
  • Design high-speed digital circuits such as pre-scalers, dividers, and clock distribution paths.
  • Custom circuit design with planar, FINFET, GAA technologies in bulk, SOI process.
  • Schematic entry, PLL characterization, and silicon correlation.
  • Coordinate and interface with layout and CAD teams.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in CMOS analog and mixed-signal circuit design with MSEE or PhD. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and additional experience will also be considered.
  • Detailed knowledge of PLL loop operation and design.
  • Experience in designing SerDes blocks and/or PLL circuit components such as VCOs, charge-pumps, regulators, and high-speed dividers.
  • Proficiency in custom circuit design in deep-submicron and FINFET CMOS technologies and gate all around CMOS technologies.
  • Experience with Hspice, Finesim, PrimeSim, or similar spice-type simulators.
  • Proficiency in schematic entry using Synopsys Custom Designer or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Primetime and/or Nanotime is an additional asset.
