You Are:

An experienced professional with a passion for physical design and optimization. You have a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering and over 15 years of experience in the field. Your expertise includes place & route methodology, top-level implementation, and P&R timing sign-off. You excel in high-performance and low-power physical design using standard EDA synthesis, P&R, and sign-off tools. Your real tape-out experience on SoC/CPU/GPU implementation is a significant advantage. You are proficient in CAD methodology development and have efficient programming skills in TCL, Perl, Python, and other languages. Your strong inter-communication skills and proficiency in English make you an effective collaborator and leader in cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• As a Sr R&D manager, you will play a critical role in leading teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering key results.
• Developing foundry implementation/3DIC solutions aligned with SNPS reference methodology.
• Coordinating with and influencing foundry, internal teams, and end customers on real project issues and implementation flow optimization.
• Working with the field account team to assist foundry end customers in adopting SNPS solutions.
• Providing advanced engineering solution to foundry and customers for DTCO/PPA and test chip.
• Leading projects to establish and develop approaches to solutions.
• Providing regular updates to managers on project status and plans.

What You’ll Need:

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative products or solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in place & route methodology, top-level implementation, and P&R timing sign-off.
• Expertise in high-performance and low-power physical design using standard EDA tools.
• Real tape-out experience on SoC/CPU/GPU implementation is plus.
• Proficient in CAD methodology development and programming languages like TCL, Perl, and Python.
