You Are:
You are an enthusiastic and budding engineer with a solid foundation in electronic engineering and a keen interest in testing and validation. Your academic background and any practical experience you have gained through internships or projects make you a promising candidate for our team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting in testing silicon implementations of high-speed analog integrated circuits.
- Supporting the analysis and debugging of silicon under test, along with the supporting hardware.
- Running characterization tests and helping to create detailed test reports.
- Helping design and create test boards and hardware solutions to support test, debug, and characterization processes.
- Applying theoretical knowledge to assist in analyzing and explaining circuit behavior and limitations in a testing environment.

- Contributing to the reliability and performance of high-speed SerDes PHYs through hands-on testing and validation.
- Supporting the development of innovative solutions for high-speed analog integrated circuits.
- Enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of our R&D test lab operations.
- Providing valuable support to the design team with your analysis and feedback on circuit performance.
- Helping to drive continuous improvement in test methodologies and hardware solutions.
- Playing a key role in delivering high-quality products that meet industry standards and customer expectations.
What You’ll Need:
- A degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Analog IC circuits.
- Familiarity with debugging techniques and tools.
- Understanding of SerDes test concepts (preferred but not required).
- Exposure to software programming (MATLAB, Python preferred).
- Basic knowledge of FPGA programming (Verilog preferred).
- Familiarity with interface protocols such as Ethernet, PCIe, SATA, and USB3.1 (preferred but not required).
- Basic knowledge of PCB design (Altium Designer preferred).
- Understanding of communication interfaces such as JTAG, I2C, and SPI (preferred but not required).
- Good English communication skills.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:
You will be part of a dynamic R&D team developing high-speed SerDes PHYs. Our team consists of talented analog designers and hardware engineers from diverse backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art high-speed test equipment, including 50 GHz oscilloscopes, 67GHz network analyzers, and 64Gb/s BERTs, to test and debug SerDes.
