You Are:

As an experienced R&D Engineering, Sr Manager, you are a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You possess a deep understanding of CMOS memory design and have a proven track record of leading successful teams. With over a decade of experience in memory design, you excel in circuit simulation, layout design, and verification. Your proficiency with CMOS memory design, circuit simulation, memory layout designs, layout parasitic extraction, and knowledge of layout verification tools and debugging techniques set you apart. You are adept at programming in C-Shell, Perl, and possibly C++ or JavaScript. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are second to none, and you are meticulous in your attention to detail. You can create comprehensive documents, reports, and presentations, and are proficient with Microsoft Office tools. You are self-motivated, organized, and have strong interpersonal communication skills. Leading and mentoring a team comes naturally to you, and you are committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing CMOS embedded memories such as SP SRAM, DP SRAM, Register File, and ROM.
  • Designing architecture and circuit implementation, focusing on ultra-high speed, ultra-low power, or high-density design portfolios.
  • Performing schematic entry, circuit simulation, layout planning, layout supervision, design verification, and validation.
  • Interfacing with CAD and Frontend engineers for memory compiler automation, EDA model generation, and full verification flow.
  • Performing bit cell development and verification, and driving physical layout design and verification.
  • Providing support and/or performing other duties as assigned and required.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of memory design experience with the ability to lead a team of at least 5 people.
  • Proficiency in CMOS memory design, circuit simulation, memory layout designs, layout parasitic extraction, and knowledge of layout verification tools and debugging techniques.
  • Programming capability in C-Shell, Perl, with C++ or JavaScript being a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
