What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as a technical leader, guiding and mentoring team members.
- Understanding and defining design specifications and verification scopes.
- Developing test plans, tests, and verification infrastructure.
- Ramping up on new verification tools and methodologies using Synopsys products.
- Researching and developing CDR architectures and algorithms for pre and post-production silicon operation.
- Collaborating with architects, designers, and verification teams to ensure reliable operation of PCIe products.
- Developing innovative solutions to complex problems independently.
- Contributing to the development of solutions for mixed signal customers and the community.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues with PCIe digital teams.
- Interpreting and simulating Verilog/RTL to support the design and verification processes.
- Leading customer meetings and demonstrating methods and solutions for PCIe6 and PCIe7 IPs.

What You’ll Need:
- MS or Ph.D. degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Capability to produce adequate technical documentation.
- Exposure to Verilog, System Verilog, or VHDL.
- Hands-on experience with verification tools such as VCS, waveform analyzers, and third-party VIP integration.
- Knowledge of programming languages.
- Knowledge of ASIC design/verification flows.
- Knowledge of standards like Verilog-AMS, VHDL-AMS, System-Verilog, UVM-AMS, and UPF.
- Proficiency in timing closure, eco flows, and methodology.
- Deep domain knowledge in Static Timing Analysis (STA).
- In-depth knowledge of PCIe/CXL applications.
