We're looking for IT Support & IT Infrastructure Administration Engineer to join our team!

As an IT Support & IT Infrastructure Administration Engineer, you are a proactive and enthusiastic professional eager to support and enhance our IT services. What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing technical support for laptops, PCs, and IT collaboration hardware/software services.
Maintaining and resolving problems with laptop/PC hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Communicating with end-users to provide basic training, guidance, and solutions.
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
Implementing backup and disaster recovery plans.
Ensuring system security and compliance with policies and procedures.
Supporting IT hardware procurement, logistic operations, and asset management.

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
About 1-5 years of experience with laptop/PC, server, and network operating systems and associated technologies. Fresh graduates with high motivation are also welcome.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
IT professional certification in Linux, Windows, network, or cloud technical domains is a plus.
