You Are:

We are looking for a highly experienced Software Engineer with a passion for C/C++ programming. You are a problem solver, capable of designing, developing, troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining large and efficient software systems for RTL compilation, logic synthesis, and optimization steps of the FPGA prototyping software. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, you have honed your skills in algorithmic programming, algorithm complexity analysis, and performance optimization. Your strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities are matched by your excellent communication and teamwork skills. Holding a Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering, you are ready to take on a challenging role that requires both technical expertise and a collaborative spirit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing software systems for RTL compilation and logic synthesis.
• Optimizing performance and efficiency of the FPGA prototyping software.
• Troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.
• Maintaining and improving existing software systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.

What You’ll Need:

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Expertise in algorithmic programming and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

You will be joining a dynamic team focused on developing the Synopsys HAPS® Prototyping Solution. Our team is dedicated to improving time-to-market and avoiding costly device re-spins by enabling early embedded software development and allowing hardware and software co-design well ahead of chip fabrication. We work closely together to accelerate software development, hardware verification, and system validation from individual IP blocks to complete SoCs.
