- Build server‑side rendered (SSR) and statically generated (SSG) experiences using Next.js, ensuring strong performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and content models, supporting both:
- Headless AEM integrations, and
- AEM SPA Editor–based implementations.
- Integrate AEM content with React applications using APIs, GraphQL, or JSON models, ensuring clean separation of content and presentation.
- Partner with Product, UX, and Architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable front‑end solutions.
- Ensure applications meet performance, accessibility (WCAG), security, and quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions, contributing to front‑end best practices and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex front‑end and CMS integration issues across environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows, tooling, and component reusability.
Qualifications (some examples listed below):
- Strong experience building modern web applications using React and Next.js.
- Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a CMS (AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service).
- Solid understanding of headless CMS concepts and front‑end/CMS integration patterns.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front‑end tooling.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross‑functional teams.
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience with AEM SPA Editor and/or advanced headless AEM implementations.
- Familiarity with performance optimization, SEO best practices, and Core Web Vitals.
