  • Identify strengths, gaps, and risks in franchise capability and execution, recommending corrective actions where needed.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform short-, mid-, and long-term strategies.

Franchise Performance Management

  • Own the franchisee relationship for assigned markets and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead regular business reviews, planning sessions, and performance calibrations with franchise partners.
  • Track KPIs across sales, profitability, development, and operations; partner with franchisees to close performance gaps.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food safety, menu compliance, and franchise agreements.

Financial & Data-Driven Decision Support

  • Consolidate and analyse financial and operational data across markets to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Interpret financial statements and performance drivers to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare dashboards, forecasts, and business updates for AGM and senior leadership.
  • Support regional budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes.

Cross-Functional & Project Leadership

  • Lead or co-lead regional initiatives and change programs with clear timelines and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with internal functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, FSQA) to deliver integrated solutions for franchisees.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, guest experience, and profitability.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

  • Represent the AGM in selected meetings, negotiations, and franchisee discussions when required.
  • Establish a structured communication cadence with franchisees (virtual, in-person, written).
  • Influence senior franchise stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, without direct authority.
  • Travel regionally as required to support franchise performance and relationship management

Requirements & Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in international business management, franchise operations, consulting, or multi-unit QSR/retail environments

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of franchise business models.
  • Strong understanding of franchise business models and unit economics.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and at least two of the following: Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Japanese (spoken and written).
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&Ls and financial statements.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, financial modelling, and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint; BI tools a plus).
