About the Role:

The Manager, Creative & Digital Services is a hands-on creative leader responsible for delivering high-quality visual design, video production, and digital content that supports enterprise communications and culture initiatives. This role blends graphic design, video production, presentation design, and intranet (SharePoint) management and is ideal for a creative who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

This individual will partner closely with Communications, Operations, and Executive leadership to bring stories, messages, and priorities to life through compelling visual and multimedia content. The role reports to the Director, Creative & Operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Creative & Visual Design

  • Design and produce executive-ready creative assets including presentations, internal campaigns, infographics, digital graphics, and print materials.
  • Ensure consistency with brand standards while continuously elevating the organization’s visual identity.
  • Provide creative direction and hands-on execution from concept through final delivery.

Video Production & Motion Media

  • Produce end-to-end video content including storyboarding, filming, editing, audio mixing, captioning, and motion graphics.
  • Create video content for internal communications, leadership messages, town halls, culture initiatives, and events.
  • Maintain organized video libraries and ensure assets are optimized for multiple platforms and distribution channels.

Digital & Intranet Management

  • Manage and enhance internal intranet pages using SharePoint Online, focusing on usability, clarity, and engagement.
  • Design digital layouts, banners, and custom visual assets to support internal storytelling.
  • Oversee digital asset organization, content updates, and page maintenance to ensure information remains accurate, relevant, and easy to navigate.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Partner with Communications, Creative Services, Operations, and Executive stakeholders to align creative work with business priorities.
  • Manage creative intake, timelines, and priorities across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with external designers, freelancers, and production partners as needed.
  • Continuously improve creative workflows, tools, and digital systems to support speed and quality.

Qualifications (some examples listed below):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative or digital role with demonstrated hands-on execution.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, presentation design, and multimedia work.
  • Professional experience producing and editing video content.
  • Hands-on experience managing and designing content in SharePoint Online.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
    • Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and digital storytelling.
  • Experience with UX/UI principles for intranet and digital content.
  • Motion graphics, animation, or photography experience.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working at speed and managing multiple priorities at once.
  • A proactive problem solver who can step in when teams need fast, thoughtful creative solutions.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $91,400 – $114,400 annually.
Pay within this range will be determined in good faith based on job-related factors, which may include skills, experience, education/training, location, and internal equity.
