Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team. Duties

• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and manage ordering processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on store objectives and customer service standards.
• Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
