About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Subway restaurant. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and delivers an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures

Lead, train, and schedule team members to ensure proper staffing

Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

Monitor inventory, place orders, and control food and labor costs

Ensure compliance with Subway brand standards, health, and safety regulations

Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively

Track sales performance and implement strategies to improve results

Previous restaurant or retail management experience (quick-service preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling, inventory)

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
