About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to support our team as the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all restaurants within the assigned region operate at high standards in accordance with brand procedures and local legislation. You will play a critical role in implementing new procedures and technical projects that align with the global company strategy while supporting Manager Franchisee Performance (MFP) and Business Developers (BDs). Additionally you will provide guidance and support to the Master Franchisees to achieve optimal results. This position requires a strong understanding of operational excellence, business development, and digital transformation to drive sustainable growth.

  • Ensure that all restaurants in the assigned region maintain high operational standards, adhering to brand procedures and local legal requirements. Implement new operational procedures and technical projects that align with the global corporate strategy. Collaborate closely with SMO, BD, and Master Franchisees to drive business success and support the growth of the region
  • Provide expertise and direction to franchisees and managers to enhance sales and maximize profitability
  • Partner with IT, Operations Technical & Digital, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
  • Conduct workshops tailored to the business and operational needs of the organization
  • Develop and deliver learning and development programs to improve restaurant performance and operational efficiency
  • Monitor market trends, operational challenges, and business needs to inform strategic decision-making
  • Ensure continuous improvement of training methodologies and digital learning tools
  • Provide dedicated support to the Master Franchise model, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business growth objectives
  • Collaborate with Master Franchisees to implement best practices, operational enhancements, and tailored business strategies

Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Business or Communications or similar related field.
    • 5-8yrs experience in L&D, Ops Management or related role in QSR, Hospitality or Retail industry.
  • Cert IV Train the Trainer (WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance
  • Certificate in IT/Digital Technology
  • Language proficiency is Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations and business development strategies.
  • Experience in implementing digital transformation initiatives and technical training solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute training programs that drive business performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment with a strong focus on results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team collaborator and able to manage competing priorities with various stakeholders
  • Project Management experience
