Responsibilities

• Restock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are organized and accessible for customers
• Maintain attractive and well-organized displays through effective merchandising techniques
• Assist with inventory management by receiving shipments, verifying deliveries, and updating stock records
• Keep the sales floor clean and tidy by performing regular cleaning duties and maintaining a safe environment
• Support cashier operations by assisting with cashiering duties when needed, including handling transactions accurately
• Operate equipment such as forklifts safely to move heavy or bulk merchandise efficiently (where certified)
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to report stock levels, issues, or maintenance needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or stocking roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Ability to operate a forklift safely; certification is a plus but training can be provided for qualified candidates
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in multiple languages (bilingual skills are advantageous)
• Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain an orderly workspace
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the store
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers effectively
• Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks for extended periods during shifts

Pay: $17.60-$34.61 per hour
