Line Cook — St. Louis Bar & Grill (Clyde, Ottawa)

St. Louis Bar & Grill at 1331 Clyde Ave is hiring line cooks with at least one year of kitchen experience.

We're a busy sports bar and we need people who know their way around a kitchen, can handle a rush, and take pride in what comes off their station.

What you'll be doing:

• Prepping and executing menu items to spec, every time
• Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked
• Working efficiently as part of a high-energy BOH team
• Following portioning and food safety standards

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of line cook experience (restaurant environment preferred)
• Ability to work clean and fast under pressure
• Strong attitude, reliable, and a team player
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
