Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, possess strong food and beverage knowledge, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment where professionalism, efficiency, and hospitality are valued. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation guidelines
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Provide guest services by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving issues promptly

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards in the food industry
• Experience in guest services, hospitality, or serving roles demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Basic math skills for order entry, bill calculation, and cash handling tasks
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Knowledge of food preparation, food safety protocols, and kitchen operations is advantageous

Pay: $17.65-$24.42 per hour
