The Senior Operations Financial Analyst will support a business segment in driving budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, business metric analysis, profitability improvement as well as ad hoc analysis such cash flow, CAPEX management, E&O reviews, product line movement, etc. across multiple manufacturing sites.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Utilize solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders.
• Deliver weekly/monthly financial close, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidations to include bridges and drivers for management.
• Create effective business partnerships, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected events.
• Build and refine multi-period financial models.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, annual, and longer-term results/plans for business leaders, investors, board meetings, and the like.
• Enable business growth and profitability by supporting FP&A through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• Create analyses and support for monthly reporting and/or quarterly business review presentations.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate leadership potential for successive advancement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally using effective communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong financial modeling / data mining skills across multiple platforms (Excel, SAP, Power BI, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Experience Years: 7 - 10 years
• Experience Type: Financial Analysis, preferably with manufacturing operations or manufacturing site experience.
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, BI.
• Possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
• Understand IT systems and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
