In ths role, you will be a key business partner to the Voila Leadership team, leveraging financial, commercial and operational analysis to guide business decisions and enhance performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making with a passion for the business and driving performance.

*This opportunity is for a contract with a duration of 14 months.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

• Partner with the Voila Leadership team to analyze and interpret financial results to drive performance.
• Lead and oversee the budget, forecast, and 10-year plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and alignment with Corporate FP&A standards.
• Strengthen business partnerships with the Voila leadership team to accelerate decision-making and drive accountability across functions.
• Develop and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Provide strategic analytics and support to enhance day-to-day operations, using data to influence business decisions.
• Identify risks to plans and forecasts, working with functional leaders to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare business cases and valuation models to support strategic decisions, including leading analysis for major projects and tracking benefits.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Evaluate and enhance current processes, implementing improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Generate ad hoc analyses and presentation materials to support key stakeholders.

What you have to offer:

• An Undergraduate Degree in a related discipline (Business, Finance, Accounting, etc.)
• 8+ years of relevant Finance / Accounting experience

• An accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) preferred
• Previous experience at the Manager level preferred
• Excellent financial acumen; both Accounting and Finance Operations
• Strong business acumen/knowledge of business processes
• Collaborative, ability to participate and influence as partner to Operations
• Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills
• A continuous improvement mindset, energized by new opportunities and challenges
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a deadline driven environment
• Results-oriented, self-starting and proactive attitude
• Advanced problem-solving skills, ability to take complex inputs and generate practical outcomes
• Ability to drive and engage a team to success
• Proven time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including complex spreadsheet modeling in Excel

• Working knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Bilingual (French-English) is an asset
