We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our retail media network team. In this role, you will support clients in planning and monitoring digital campaigns, assist in pitches, coordinate across teams for campaign success, ensure accurate reporting, optimize landing page experiences, stay updated on digital media trends, and manage campaign finances.

This position will be based in our office in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package. We will also provide relocation assistance for qualified candidates interested in making Nova Scotia their new home.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Support clients day-to-day in planning, developing and monitoring performance of digital campaigns
  • Join pitches as needed and work alongside Client Success Manager in bringing together materials / tools necessary to support in pitches
  • Coordinate with teams to drive success in advertisers’ digital media campaigns (e.g., brief-in and coordinate assets between vendor partners, creative services, and internal execution teams)
  • Work with media planner to set up campaigns (e.g., maintain blocking charts, work-back schedules, budget summaries, plan delivery, campaign reports)
  • Work with measurement and reporting teams to ensure timely report that reflect advertiser objectives and priorities
  • Work closely with merch and e-commerce teams to ensure proper landing page experiences and the right products are selected for the digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor the latest trends in digital media (e.g., channels, ad formats and tech) to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how to leverage new tools/services
  • Develop IOs for confirmed campaigns and coordinate with Finance as needed

What you have to offer:

  • 3+ years experience in account management and / or project management and / or digital marketing (Experience in retail media is an asset)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in media buying platforms, ad serving, demand side and analytics platforms, and relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across varying levels of seniority and a complex, matrixed organization
