We currently have a contract opportunity for an Analyst Labour Performance & Standards. This role can be based out of one our main offices including: Stellarton, NS; Mississauga, ON; Calgary, AB; Vancouver, BC;

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

As a Analyst Labour Performance & Standards with Sobeys, you will:

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of key systems (CAO, FIM, ISP/POS, Kronos, etc.) across all relevant banners to facilitate data analysis.
• Share expertise with team members to enhance overall team effectiveness in supporting organizational change and optimizing the utilization of key systems.
• Prioritize and address inquiries from District Operators and Regional Operators regarding existing systems and tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team analytics by identifying and managing system change impacting reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely issuance of all reports to the business.
• Monitor compliance and performance across all stores, banners, and formats, engaging with format leads to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Proactively identify and propose changes to maximize business opportunities, collaborating with backstage teams ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Actively participate in and drive engagement within the team.
• Deliver high-quality and timely products to stores, ensuring usability and relevance.
• Identify stores, banners, and formats that may not be utilizing systems properly and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with and support project team members to ensure successful completion of assigned work.
• Ensure strict adherence to government regulations, including Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.

What you have to offer:

Your experience and resume will show us:

• Operational experience in the retail sector, coupled with a strong understanding of store operations and business acumen.
• High School Diploma and minimum of 3 years experience in business systems management, data management, data analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient utilization of the Microsoft Office suite or advanced skills in diverse office applications.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with a proven ability to positively influence change.
• Hands-on experience with data management and dashboarding tools, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, PowerBI, and Tableau.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing Microsoft Azure products, showcasing expertise in cloud infrastructure and services.
