Summary
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for leveraging understanding of the assigned businesses’ workforce planning needs to support talent acquisition strategies in an effort to attract and hire best-in-class talent for the organization. This position sits in the Talent Acquisition COE and reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC.
Responsibilities
• Develops and executes innovative search techniques to generate a qualified and diverse pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions, as well as creating a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Provides consultation on optimum approaches to strengthen candidate pool
• Implements creative and targeted search/marketing strategies including managing online job postings
• Leverages social media to build a strong employer brand
• Manages candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System
• Manages candidate experience through all stages of recruitment process: attraction through selection process
• Follows up with Hiring Manager and Regional HR Consultants as needed and in a timely manner to provide updates
• Reports on effective recruiting trends and makes recommendations based on data
• Advises Hiring managers and Regional HR Consultants on labor market analytics, trends, and competitive compensation packages
• Ensures company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, staffing, and hiring practices
Required Experience and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or HR, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred; PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years recruiting experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to effectively interface with all level of employees
• Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Exceptional results orientation with a high degree of personal initiative and very hands on, flexible and customer centric attitude
