Responsibilities
■担当する範囲の納期遵守する為の計画の調整、又、監視を行う
・生産状況、生産能力、作業工数を把握/管理し、納期を遵守する為の生産計画の策定・調整を行う
・社内の他部門と連携し、生産能力、作業工数の改善を図る
・設備故障、品質異常に対して、担当部門と連携し優先順位を決定する
・製造ラインが止まること無きよう、製造管理部門と連携し各材料の管理を行う
■安全管理
・より安全に業務を遂行できるよう、職場環境や作業方法を改善する
■品質、コスト改善
・歩留り向上、作業ミス削減、各改善業務を実行する
■勤務形態
・4班2交替制の勤務形態とする
Required Experience and Skills
■製造、生産管理、設備保全等、製造現場での業務経験がある事
■Excelを用いた数量、能力、履歴等の管理ができる事
■簡単な課題抽出ができる事
■関連部署との業務調整や、請負社員へのリーダーシップを図れる事
■コミュニケーション能力、協調性があり、既存の社員、請負社員と良好な人間関係が築ける事
