Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Final Inspection (FI) process – RF/DC testing of wafer
- Responsible for maintaining FI performance and to improve process quality, yield, and reliability
- Responsible for creating or maintaining current Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects to optimize cost and yield loss
- Establish work procedures, corrective actions, and preventions
- Analyse low yield or testing issue and feedback to relevant process
- Provide support to improve operations team and technician skillset
- Provide support to operations team and technician during non-office hours to resolve any testing related issue
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or any other engineering discipline
- Preferably 3 years of experience in testing in semiconductor manufacturing
- Experience in working on wafer level e-Test will be an added advantage
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Possess a positive attitude and sense of urgency
- Meticulous, keen attention to details and organized
- Proficient in computing languages and statistical analysis tools (e.g. JMP)
