Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality issue with the aim of timely resolution and effective corrective action.
• Ensure that non-conforming lots are contained immediately, and disposition must be made toprevent any interruption in production.
• Monitor supplier’s performance rating, monthly Cpk and drive for continuous improvement activitiesto meet quality performance.
• Supplier automotive development program
• Follow up with Supplier on REACH/ ROHS declaration and ensure supplier are in compliance withthe requirement.
• Review supplier risk assessment, supplier self-assessment, change notification.
• Lead onsite supplier qualification audit and follow up on audit findings.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Semiconductor industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively and professionally at all levels and various departments.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task under pressure in a high-energy and fast-spaced, constantly changed environment.
• Highly motivated and responsible, Good verbal and Possess a good attitude.
• Audit experiences with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 preferred. Strong knowledge of 6 sigma tools such as 8D, FMEA, and DMAIC.
• Knowledge of statistical tools such as SPC, Statistical sampling DOE.
• Business Japanese ability (JLPT N2 & above) as the role requires verbal and written communication with Japanese speaking counterparts.
