Responsibilities
The Job will involve the following functions :
- Able to conduct and knowledge of various deposition processes (PVD, CVD..). Specifically, he has a high understanding of deposition process equipment such as sputter, evaporator, PECVD, LPCVD, and furnace.
The results of the process (crystallinity, stress, uniformity, etc.) are also well understood. - Able to conduct test plan may be established to obtain the characteristics of the target thin film, and the results may be analyzed and fed back.
- Able to understand of sputter equipment.
- Able to conduct and well aware of the electrodes and PZL materials required to manufacture BAW filters, and he can plan experiments to improve the properties of such materials and evaluate the results.
- Able to experience using various evaluation equipment (XRD, SEM, TEM, FTIR, etc.) for evaluating thin films, and he is well aware of the principle.
- Able to find defects not only in the deposition process but also in the entire BAW filter process and to plan improvement.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least BS or Equivalent Years of Experience
- Minimum of 12 years of experiences in Sputtering for Semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge in analysis equipment such as : XRD, SEM
- Knowledge of statistical software to analyze data, trouble shoot and resolve issues (e.g., SPC, Encore, JMP, SQC, Data Power)
- Ability for problem solving & continuous improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, 8D, DOE)
